Q.      I cannot find your office address. Why?

We are a small, family-run business. We provide service at your premises. To keep the price of our services at a competitive level, we decided that at this stage, the office is not required. We are a VAT registered, limited company.

Q.      Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured. We hold comprehensive Public Liability insurance. Our operatives are CRB checked. This can be provided on request.

Q.      Are you competent?

Yes, we are competent, skilled and experienced. With an over 10-year proven background in the industry, we undertake most of the challenges you may have in the field of our expertise. Operatives do hold 18th Edition, DHF and Gate Safe training plus various industry-wide recognised qualifications. We only use premium products from well-known suppliers.

We are members of ADSA and Gate Safe.

Q.      Can you provide references? 

Yes, we can. We have ongoing business relationships with much bigger companies within the area. We work with them and they will happily confirm who we are and what we do. 

Q.      I do prefer to do business with bigger companies. But I am not an expert in this field.

As you are on our website already, let us help you and direct you to the right company. It costs you nothing, we do not charge a penny nor keep any of your data. We know local companies that will meet your expectations.

Q.     Have you got set prices? 

Yes and no. It all depends on the type of work and site location. 

Prices start from £60 + VAT, but if you call us on 01442 967 967 or email us, we can be more specific. 

Projects and longer works are estimated individually. 

Q.     How can I pay for the service? 

All new customers and non-account holders are required to pay in full at the end of the visit. We do accept card payments.

For larger projects, where an estimate has been provided, we will ask for a deposit before parts are ordered. The remaining balance is to be paid at the completion of the project.
